Always reliable, great for pitches

I've been using Highnote for a while now, mostly for Interactive Pitch Decks and the Prospect Tracking Analytics. This latest purchase for an Annual Plan was just as smooth as previous times. The platform is consistently reliable; I know what to expect. My teams appreciate the Real-time View Notifications, it really helps us follow up effectively. It's why I keep coming back. The Custom Branding Kits also make our proposals look super professional without much effort. Good to see the platform maintaining its quality.

Worth the annual savings

I was looking for a new presentation tool and Highnote popped up. The 14-day free trial was a nice perk, let me really get a feel for the AI Presentation Builder before committing. I ended up getting the annual plan, mainly because of the 20% off discount they offered for it. That savings really made the decision easier. I used it to create a Real Estate Listing Presentation and the process was pretty intuitive. It felt like a good value for the features I got, especially with the yearly discount. Glad I went with the annual option.

Decent tool, some minor issues

I purchased Highnote mainly for the Team Collaboration Tools and to host some Marketing Collateral. The platform itself is quite good for creating professional-looking decks and the PDF to Presentation Converter worked better than I expected. Delivery was instant, obviously, being a software. However, I found the CRM Integration setup a little clunky; it took a bit more fiddling than I anticipated to get it working perfectly with our existing system. It's not a deal-breaker, but definitely an area that could be smoother. Overall, it's a solid tool, and the Mobile Responsive Decks are a big plus for clients.

Hey, wondering about discounts. Are there any good promo codes floating around, or should I just go for the free trial first?

C Cleo H. 2 months ago
Always do the free trial first. They usually have a 14-day one. Sometimes you can snag a code from a webinar or if someone refers you, but those aren't super common from what I've seen.

i think the best deal is just taking the annual plan, you save like 15-20% that way. I haven't seen many coupon codes honestly.

Thinking of signing up for Highnote but saw some others like Canva and PandaDoc. Is Highnote really worth it, especially for real estate stuff?

S Sophie 1 month ago
Yeah, I tried Canva for presentations but Highnote is way more targeted for real estate. The AI builder really speeds things up for listing presentations. Plus, the tracking features are a game changer.

It depends what you need. If you just want pretty slides, Canva is fine. But for actual sales and seeing who looked at what, Highnote blows it out of the water. I got the annual plan, saves a bit too.
